At Motifs of Chikankari, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. We perform thorough quality and sizing checks before dispatching your order. However, if you encounter any issues, we’re happy to assist with exchanges under the following conditions:

While we do not offer refunds & Returns. We do accept exchanges under specific conditions. Please carefully read our exchange policy before making a purchase.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Exchanges will not be accepted if the customer simply does not like the product or changes their mind.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • All exchanges are subject to the availability of the product.
  • Return accepted with-in 7 days of delivery.

2. Quality & Size Assurance

  • We conduct a strict quality check on all products before dispatch, ensuring the likelihood of receiving a defective item is extremely low.
  • Similarly, we verify the correct size before shipping. In case of any size discrepancies or defects, we are happy to process an exchange.

3. Exchange Time Frame

  • The exchange process may take up to 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Color or motif variations: Due to the hand-embroidered nature of our products, slight differences in embroidery or color may occur. These differences will not be considered valid reasons for an exchange.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • We do not provide refunds for taxes, duties, or shipping charges, including international orders, for exchanged or returned items.
